To sign up for Greener:

1. Visit the sign up page. 
2. Enter your details in the Join us! box
3. Tick the box to accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4. Click on the Get Started button. 

If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your Greener account.

To sign in:

1. If you already have an account on Greener, you can sign in from the log in page.
2. Enter the email address that's registered to your Greener account and your password.
3. Click Sign In.

To sign out:

1. Click on Log out at top of your any page on Greener.

You can reset your password on the log in page.

1. Click on Reset it.

2. Enter an email address you have on your account.

3. Follow the instructions in the email that we send to you.

If you did not receive any confirmation instructions, you can request to have them resent by clicking Send again on the log in page. 

To find your account settings: 

1. Visit your account settings page.

1. Click on your name at the top right of any Greener page. 

OR

1. 1. Click the on Company profile at the top of any Greener page.
2. Click the Edit profile button on the top right of your profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Change your account settings button.

You can change the email address associated with your Greener account in your account settings. Make sure you save your changes.

You can change your Greener account password in your account settings. Make sure you save your changes.

As with many online services, you must have an active email address in order to create an Greener account. Greener also requires that you have access to this email address to change your account password. This security procedure allows us to protect your account against unauthorised access. If you've lost the password to the email address associated with your Greener account, we cannot help you regain account access. 

You can change the name associated with your Greener account in your account settings. Make sure you save your changes. 

Yes. You can delete your Greener account in your account settings.

Yes. You can hide your Greener account if you do not want to delete it. 

To hide your account: 

1. Go to your edit profile page.
2. Scroll to the Profile settings section at the bottom of the page.
3. Select Hide profile.
4. Click Save.

Your profile will not be visible to anyone and you will not be included in any matching.

To unhide your account: 

1. Go to your edit profile page.
2. Scroll to the Profile settings section at the bottom of the page.
3. Select Everyone on the internet or Members only.
4. Click Save.

Yes. If you believe there is a valid reason why you can report the user account to us. 

To report a user account: 

1. Go on the user account's profile page.
2. Click on the Report company button at the bottom of the profile .
3. In the pop-up let us know the reason for the report.
4. Click on Send report.

Once we receive your report we will look into the issue and respond accordingly.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.

If you share your computer with others and you do not want them to have access to your account information, be sure to log out before leaving your computer unattended. You can log out by clicking on the log out button at the top of the page.

Yes! Greener is currently completely free to use. However, in the future paid versions of the platform will be available.
